Each office of Stamp N Go Tours is responsible for maintaining and protecting the personal information of Travelers and applicable Agents under its control. In fulfilling this mandate, we have designated individuals who are accountable for compliance with this Privacy Policy.
Additionally, Stamp N Go Tours has appointed a Privacy Manager to facilitate our privacy compliance in conjunction with senior leadership, who holds overall responsibility for privacy compliance.
2. IDENTIFYING PURPOSES
The primary purposes for which Stamp N Go Tours collects personal information include:
- To establish and maintain responsive relationships with Travelers and Agents and to respond to inquiries and fulfill requests when you contact us via our online contact forms or otherwise.
- To send administrative information to you, such as changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
- To personalize and provide travel tour operator services to Travelers and Agents, including making travel arrangements on behalf of Travelers and providing travel policy compliance services.
- To enable alternative tour operator service providers to offer travel-related services in the event that we cannot provide a suitable product or service.
- To understand Traveler and Agent needs and preferences, including special requirements.
- To remember information so that you do not have to re-enter or look for it on subsequent visits to our website.
- To obtain payment for services.

Stamp N Go Tours provides travel tour operator services to Travelers and Agents. To complete these services, we require personal information from authorized Travelers. The personal information collected may include, but is not limited to, name, address, age, marital status, passport and visa information, emergency contact, email, phone number, financial information, and employment information.
We may also collect sensitive personal information related to a Traveler’s travel arrangements (such as disabilities, allergies, and other medical information) only if submitted by the Traveler. If a Traveler does not wish for us to collect and use this sensitive information, they should refrain from providing it. We will not share this sensitive information with third parties unless authorized by the Traveler.
To complete travel arrangements, Stamp N Go Tours may input personal information into a Tour Management Tech system or provide it to travel suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and rental car agencies. These suppliers use the information to fulfill the travel arrangements requested.
Upon completion, we provide information to the Traveler and/or Agent regarding travel arrangements made, including details about dates, times, locations, classes of service, accommodations, and costs.
We do not control personal information once transmitted to Travel Suppliers. By submitting personal information to us, the Traveler authorizes the use and disclosure of such information to complete their requested travel arrangements. Such information may be subject to the privacy policies of the Travel Suppliers and the laws of their jurisdictions.
A Traveler may opt out of having their personal information disclosed or transferred to third parties as described in this Privacy Policy. However, if a Traveler chooses not to submit personal information or allow us to share it with Travel Suppliers, we may be unable to provide the requested travel services.
By contacting Stamp N Go Tours and requesting travel services, the Traveler consents to, and the Agent represents that they have obtained the Traveler’s consent to, the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information in accordance with the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy. We may seek additional consent for new purposes after personal information has been collected.
In addition to collecting, using, and disclosing personal information in connection with our services, we may collect personal information from employees and service provider representatives, which may be transferred among Stamp N Go Tours and our affiliates and may be subject to the privacy laws of foreign jurisdictions.
